Case 1

This 32 year old lady, 5’2 and 193 lbs mother of 4, sought rejuvenation of her abdomen and breasts. Dr Tregaskiss performed a breast lift with reduction, using a wise-pattern (anchor scar) incision. Additionally he performed a standard (hip-to-hip incision) abdominoplasty (tummy-tuck), muscle tightening and supplementary liposuction to flanks and abdomen.

This 38 year old lady, 5’2 and 125lbs mother of 2, wanted to improve the appearance of her breasts and lower abdomen. Dr Tregaskiss performed a sub-pectoral (under the muscle) breast augmentation using a 4cm incision in the inframammary fold (breast crease), using 365cc full-profile silicone implants. Additionally he performed a mini abdominoplasty (tummy-tuck), using a shorter incision than standard, muscle tightening on the lower abdomen only and supplementary liposuction to flanks and abdomen.
