A brachioplasty, or arm lift, is a procedure that can re-shape the upper arm by removing excess fat and skin resulting in more defined contours and a youthful appearance to your arms. It often requires a combination of excision (surgical removal) of the fatty tissue and skin as well as liposuction to the area.

Dr. Ashley Tregaskiss is a plastic surgeon based in Vancouver and Langley, British Columbia who has practiced medicine in the UK, Australia and Canada for over 15 years. His public/MSP work is varied, with a focus on cancer reconstruction and trauma.
