Meet Dr. Tregaskiss

Dr. Ashley Tregaskiss is a board-certified plastic surgeon with over 20 years of experience and a practice increasingly focused on advanced facial and neck rejuvenation. His work is built on a deep understanding of head and neck anatomy, developed through extensive reconstructive and aesthetic surgical training and refined over more than two decades in practice. Before transitioning fully into private practice in 2024, Dr. Tregaskiss spent approximately a decade at Vancouver General Hospital, where he treated complex craniofacial trauma and head and neck conditions. That experience gave him an exceptional command of the anatomy, structure, and delicate surgical relationships of the face and neck—expertise that now directly informs his aesthetic work.
