Eyelid / Blepharoplasty

This 71-year-old lady attended complaining of heavy upper eyelids.  She underwent an upper blepharoplasty under local anaesthetic.  Post-op photographs are taken 1 month after surgery. 

This 52 yr-old man complained of loose skin and heavy upper eyelids as well as bulging lower eyelids bags and loose skin.  He underwent upper and lower blepharoplasty.  Post-operative photos are taken 2 months after surgery. 

This 63 year-old lady underwent a browlift, face and necklift, upper and lower blepharoplasty and fat transfer to the midface (facelift case 391).

This lady in her 60’s was requesting rejuvenation of her ‘tired’ upper eyelids. She underwent upper blepharoplasty with conservative fat resection from the upper eyelids.

This man in his 70’s was requesting improvement in his lower eyelid ‘bags.’  He underwent a lower blepharoplasty with fat pad reduction and excess skin excision.

Upper blepharoplasty in a lady in her 60’s as part of a more extensive facial procedure (Face and neck lift).

This 71 year old lady was interested in facial rejuvenation. For several years, she has been dissatisfied with the bags that had formed under her eyes. She previously had an upper eyelid blepharoplasty. Dr Tregaskiss performed an upper and lower eyelid lift (blepharoplasty), in conjunction with a full facelift.
