Case 1

This 37 year old lady, 5’3 and 145 lbs, had a breast augmentation 16 years ago via a trans-axillary (through the armpit) approach with another surgeon and had since had 2 children. This had left her breasts drooping over the top of the old implants and there was some significant disparity in size. Dr Tregaskiss performed a wise-pattern (“ancho” scar) breast lift, capsulorrhaphy and exchange if implants, using 350cc on the right and 300cc on the left, moderate profile silicone implants.

Case 2

This 39 year old lady, 5’7 and 150 lbs, underwent sub-pectoral (under the muscle) saline breast augmentation via a peri-areolar approach 17 years ago with another surgeon, with 375cc implants. While she was quite happy with the result, over time she had begun to feel that the implants themselves felt a little unnatural and she also wanted to increase the volume. Dr Tregaskiss performed an exchange of implants in the sub-pectoral plane, using 560cc extra-full profile silicone implants.

Case 3

This 32 year old lady, 5’7 and 135 lbs, had a breast augmentation 6 years ago with another surgeon, using 335cc silicone implants of the 410 style that has since been removed from the market. She was keen to have these replaced and also wanted to address the asymmetry and droopiness that she had noticed since having children. Dr Tregaskiss performed a wise-pattern (“anchor” scar) breast lift, capsulorrhaphy and exchange of implants, using 485cc high-profile silicone implants.

Case 4

This 36 year old lady, 5’4 and 120 lbs, had a breast augmentation 18 years ago with another surgeon, using 395cc saline implants. She had since had 2 children and felt there was some mild drooping of the breasts. Dr Tregaskiss performed an exchange of implants and inverted nipple correction, using a 4.5cm incision in the inframammary fold (breast crease) with 520cc high-profile silicone implants placed in the sub-pectoral (under the muscle) plane.

Case 5

This 46 year old lady, 5’10 and 140 lbs, wished for an improvement in the asymmetry of her breasts. She had 350cc implants placed 20 years ago, and since then had breastfed 2 children. Dr Tregaskiss performed a wise pattern (“anchor” scar) breast lift, a capsulorrhaphy (tightening of breast pocket) and replacement of her implants, sub-pectorally, using 270cc low profile saline implants.
