This 39 year old lady, 5’7 and 150 lbs, underwent sub-pectoral (under the muscle) saline breast augmentation via a peri-areolar approach 17 years ago with another surgeon, with 375cc implants. While she was quite happy with the result, over time she had begun to feel that the implants themselves felt a little unnatural and she also wanted to increase the volume.
