Breast Implant Revision

Case 442

This lady in her 30’s underwent breast augmentation with another surgeon with 280cc silicone breast implants. Her primary complaint was of a wide cleavage gap as well as a feeling the implants sat a little too low on her chest. She underwent corrective surgery with a modest upsizing to 340cc moderate-plus profile silicone breast implants.

Case 555

This 39 year old lady, 5’7 and 150 lbs, underwent sub-pectoral (under the muscle) saline breast augmentation via a peri-areolar approach 17 years ago with another surgeon, with 375cc implants. While she was quite happy with the result, over time she had begun to feel that the implants themselves felt a little unnatural and she also wanted to increase the volume. Dr Tregaskiss performed an exchange of implants in the sub-pectoral plane, using 560cc extra-full profile silicone implants.

Case 669

This 32 year old lady, 5’7 and 135 lbs, had a breast augmentation 6 years ago with another surgeon, using 335cc silicone implants of the 410 style that has since been removed from the market. She was keen to have these replaced and also wanted to address the asymmetry and droopiness that she had noticed since having children. Dr Tregaskiss performed a wise-pattern (“anchor” scar) breast lift, capsulorrhaphy and exchange of implants, using 485cc high-profile silicone implants.

Case 756

This 46 year old lady, 5’10 and 140 lbs, wished for an improvement in the asymmetry of her breasts. She had 350cc implants placed 20 years ago, and since then had breastfed 2 children. Dr Tregaskiss performed a wise pattern (“anchor” scar) breast lift, a capsulorrhaphy (tightening of breast pocket) and replacement of her implants, sub-pectorally, using 270cc low profile saline implants.
